INDEPENDENCE —The Town of Independence and North Oaks are partnering to host an open house on Thurs., Aug. 25 from 5-7 p.m. to introduce Dr. Anthony D. Haase III and the staff of the newly renovated North Oaks Primary Care Clinic—Independence to the community at large. A ribbon cutting program will be held from 5-5:30 p.m. with tours, family-friendly activities, door prize drawings and refreshments to follow until 7 p.m.
 
A resident of Loranger and self-described “local boy who promised to come back and serve his community,” Dr. Haase began seeing patients at North Oaks Primary Care Clinic—Independence on Aug. 1. As both an internist  and pediatrician, he specializes in the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of medical conditions and preventative care for adults and children, age 6 and older.
 
Located at 230 Masonic Drive in Independence, the North Oaks Primary Care Clinic building served as the practice of the late Dr. F. Fanancy “Snow” Anzalone for 48 years. “On behalf of my late husband and our family, I welcome Dr. Haase to our community,” Kathryn Anzalone affirms. “We are excited that he will be taking over the practice and serving our families.”
